Berkshire Park, NSW Meet Hopper! 🐾 Hopper is a chocolate and tan Chihuahua puppy with a sturdy little “beef nugget” build that has people constantly mistaking him for a tiny Kelpie pup. With his soulful eyes, stocky frame, and sweet nature, Hopper is impossible not to fall in love with. Out of the litter, Hopper is hands-down the cuddliest and the biggest mumma’s boy of the bunch. He absolutely adores being close to his humans and would happily spend his day curled up beside you, following you from room to room, or snuggled into your lap for a nap. While he has a gentle, sensitive nature, Hopper still has that playful puppy spark. He can be bold when he needs to be, especially when joining in adventures with his siblings, but deep down he’s a soft-hearted little guy who mostly just wants affection, reassurance, and someone to love on. And like any respectable puppy, Hopper’s favourite hobbies currently include enthusiastic cuddling and lovingly chomping on your hands during playtime. My Ideal Home: Hopper is looking for a home that will continue building his confidence through positive training and socialisation while also embracing his affectionate nature. Puppy school will be an important part of helping him grow into a confident and well-rounded adult dog. Because he’s still a tiny puppy navigating a very big world, Hopper will benefit from gentle exposure to new experiences at his own pace. He would likely thrive in a home with another friendly small dog to bond with and learn from. My Energy Level: Hopper enjoys playful bursts of energy throughout the day, whether that’s zooming around the yard, wrestling with his siblings, or exploring alongside his people. Once he’s had some fun, though, he’s more than happy settling in for cuddles and a nap. He’s a beautiful mix of playful and affectionate. My Suitability to Children: Due to his small size and sensitive nature, Hopper would be best suited to a home with older children who understand how to interact gently and respectfully with dogs. My Suitability to Other Pets: Hopper has grown up around multiple other dogs and enjoys canine companionship. He would likely do very well with another calm, friendly dog in the home. Has yet to meet cats but with the right intro he'd be fine! Hopper may not be the loudest or sassiest of the group, but he’s the one who will quietly steal your heart. He’s sweet, snuggly, sensitive, and full of love, with just enough cheeky puppy attitude to keep life entertaining. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who wants nothing more than to love and be loved, Hopper could be your perfect match. Get smarter responses, upload files and images, and more.
