A gorgeous domestic medium hair kitty with striking calico markings and a thoughtful, gentle nature. She earned her name because, as a tiny kitten, her wide eyes looked like a ring tailed possum peering out from the darkness. While Possum may not be the first kitten to rush up and introduce herself, she has a quiet charm that draws people in and rewards those who take the time to get to know her. Like many sensitive kittens, Possum took a little while to decide that humans were worth trusting. Early on, she preferred to observe from a safe distance, carefully weighing up whether attention was something she wanted. Over time, her confidence has blossomed, and she now happily seeks out human affection, leaning into gentle rubs and scratches with obvious enjoyment.
