The Lexi you'll meet today isn't the same Lexi you'll know a few weeks from now If you come to meet Lexi, don't be surprised if she decides to stay tucked away while she sizes you up. New people are a big deal for her, she's not difficult or shy. She's simply waiting until she feels safe enough to show you who she really is. Beneath her cautious exterior is an incredibly affectionate girl who melts into pats and chin scratches, happily soaking up every bit of affection you have to offer. Lexi is delightfully quirky. She has strong opinions about where pats are acceptable. Snuggled in her hammock? Absolutely. Relaxing on the top level of her cat tree? How dare you even suggest it. If you offer pats when she was actually hoping for playtime, she'll gently tap your hand as if to say, "Wrong activity. Toys, please." When the zoomies strike, Lexi becomes a comical whirlwind, proudly parading through the room with a felt ball clutched in her mouth like a championship trophy. Routine is Lexi's love language. She insists on morning chin scratches and bedtime back rubs. She'll weave around your legs while you prepare her dinner, accompanied by an unimpressed huff if her important ritual is interrupted. At the end of the day, her favourite place is curled up on the lounge snuggled up against you Lexi might not audition well at a meet and greet, but for the family willing to give her time, she'll reward you with years of affection, laughter, morning purrs, and loyal companionship.
