My litter and I came to SPCA after having a bit of a rough start to life, not experiencing much of the world. We're gaining confidence day by day, and now are looking for loving forever homes! Introducing Mo, a gorgeous pup with a sensitive side and plenty of potential! Named after sporting legend Mo Farah, this lovely athlete is looking for a special home where he can build confidence, enjoy life at his own pace, and discover the joy of being part of a family. Mo is a timid wee man who will need patient, experienced adopters to help him navigate the world. He's not the kind of dog who will necessarily rush up to new people and demand attention straight away. Instead, he'll need time to settle, space to feel safe, and gentle encouragement as he learns to trust. A calm household and a consistent routine will be key to helping him blossom. Mo would love a home that enjoys keeping active and providing plenty of mental stimulation. Once he's feeling more confident, fun games, enrichment activities, and opportunities to explore at a comfortable pace will help him thrive. He'll need a family who can give him the right balance of activity, reassurance, and rest while he adjusts to his new life. Mo would particularly benefit from having a confident, friendly dog already in the home. A canine companion could help him feel more at ease, show him the ropes, and provide a reassuring example as he learns about everyday life. He'll also need ongoing, positive socialisation to help him develop confidence around new people, places, and experiences. Mo is looking for a quiet home without young children and with people who have plenty of dog experience. His adopters will need to be patient, observant, and committed to helping him progress at his own pace, understanding that building confidence is a journey rather than a race. If you're an experienced dog person with a calm home, an active lifestyle, and a heart for the shy ones, Mo could be your perfect running mate. Give him the time and support he needs, and you might just discover a wonderful companion waiting to shine! 🏅💚
