Are there cat rescues in Masterton?▼
No rescue currently lists adoptable cats in Masterton on LocalPetFinder. The nearest city with steady listings is Palmerston North, about 68 km away, and this page shows those cats. Owner-rehomed cats listed in Masterton appear at the top as they come up.
How does adopting from Masterton work?▼
Choose a cat on this page and apply directly with the rescue listing it. Most rescues arrange a meet and greet at the shelter or foster home once your application is in, so plan for a trip or two toward Palmerston North if the cat is not local.
Can I rehome a cat in Masterton?▼
Yes. You can list your cat free on LocalPetFinder and choose Masterton as the location. Your cat stays with you until you approve an adopter, and Masterton listings appear first on this page.
