This sweet girl has a timid nature, so she's looking for a patient family who will help her build confidence at her own pace. Don't let her shyness fool you, Nelly is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to her people once she has a bond with you. As a young dog, Nelly will benefit from formal training and ongoing socialisation to help her grow into a confident, well-rounded companion. She will thrive with kind, positive reinforcement (and possibly some treats). Nelly would do best in a home with secure fencing where she can safely explore and play. She could happily live with another friendly, well-matched dog who could help show her the ropes.
