About Franklin

Franklin is a loving boy who is looking for a family he can absolutely smother with love and affection! When Franklin first arrived as a stray, he was extremely frightened and completely shut down. He would tremble at even the gentlest attempt to interact with him. But with time, patience and plenty of reassurance, Franklin has come such a long way. Now, we get to see more and more of the sweet boy hiding underneath that nervous exterior. Franklin absolutely loves his people and is happiest when he can be close to them. He would happily curl up on a bed underneath your desk while you work, content simply knowing his favourite people are nearby. He has also discovered the joy of play and can now be seen gently playing with his toys as he trots around. Franklin doesn’t seem too concerned by other dogs when out on lead, but for now, we’re looking for a dog-free home where he can settle in, build his confidence and enjoy having his people all to himself. Franklin will be best suited to a family with children aged 16 years and over who can give him the patience, kindness and reassurance he needs to continue blossoming. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will happily be your little shadow, Franklin may be the perfect match.
