Why Aura is being rehomed
Why she’s being rehomed: I mostly work from home and Aura demands constant attention, but I also have three jobs and travel frequently. She needs far more stimulation, interaction, and environmental enrichment than I can provide. This is a loving decision made to give her the lifestyle she deserves, this is heartbreaking but I know it is what she is worthy of. After 4 years I have now realised that I am, sadly, not the person she deserves. What comes with her: Everything she owns and has had the pleasure of enjoying in her home, she will take with her. (including food, treats)
Listed by the owner, not a shelter.
About Aura
Microchip No: 953010006172361
She is a stunning, intelligent Bengal girl with a highly interactive and people focused personality. She thrives on engagement and wants to be part of everything her humans do. She meows for attention, follows you around, and prefers active play with her person rather than entertaining herself. She hardly sleeps during the day and needs consistent stimulation, enrichment, and involvement. She does not self entertain easily and prefers active play with her person. She is not a lap cat, but she is deeply bonded through proximity, curiosity, and involvement. She is affectionate in her Bengal way — always nearby, always watching, always wanting to be included.
She needs a home that understands the Bengal temperament: high energy, high intelligence, and high emotional demand.
(Aura came home to me after being a Queen for 2 years)
Ideal home:
Someone with Bengal or high energy breed experience
A home with lots of space, verticals, and outdoors
People who enjoy interactive play and mental stimulation
Someone who is home but not trying to work in silence
A household where her vocal, needy nature is welcomed
Possibly another confident, active cat to share the load (she has been an only cat for the past 4 years)
