Hello! My name is Georgina, although I often get called 'Beautiful Girl' because of my gorgeous coat. I am still learning to relax around humans, although I have come a long way during my time in foster care. I like that my foster family has a predictable routine, and when they sit down to eat at the table and I know I am safe, I enjoy sitting with them for a chat, playing with my toys, having a big stretch, and roaming around the house. I am very curious and will come to investigate whenever items of furniture or large objects have been moved around. If there's a DIY project on the go, I will be your supervisor to make sure the job is done correctly. I love my food, and I'm on a special diet to maintain my figure. When it's time for breakfast or dinner, I will make sure to let you know by politely but firmly 'chirruping' at you, and sitting next to my bowl so that you don't forget! I am not generally a fan of being patted, but if there's a treat involved I will allow you to stroke my gorgeous fur. During my time in foster care I have briefly lived with a dog and other cats (although we were separated by a barrier). I was cautious but curious, so I could potentially live with other animals provided my boundaries are respected and I can take things at my own pace. I am not suited to young children, but could live with older children or teenagers if they respect my space. I may never be a lap cat, but I am a great companion and like to watch what my foster family is up to. I am very tidy with my litter, make sure to only scratch on my dedicated scratcher, and play quietly by myself at night. In the morning you will find my favourite toys have been moved around, but you won't have heard a thing! Every day my personality comes out more and more, and my foster family says I am much more relaxed than when I first arrived. Can you give me an understanding and predictable home to help me shine?
