Meet Aria! Hello, I'm Aria, a beautiful black and tan German Shepherd looking for a fresh start and a family to call my own. Life has changed a lot for me recently after the sad passing of my owner, but I'm doing my best to adjust and show everyone what a lovely girl I am. I can find the shelter environment a bit overwhelming, so I'm currently receiving medication to help with shelter stress while I wait for my new home. Once I get to know you, you'll discover my favourite things: tasty treats, gentle pats, and spending time with people I trust. I already know how to sit on cue, especially when snacks are involved! I'm a smart girl who enjoys learning and building a bond with my humans. I'm looking for an adults only home where people will be patient and understanding while I settle in. I can be a little unsure about handling at times, so I'd love a family who will let me go at my own pace and help me grow in confidence. I may also be able to live with a calm, well matched dog companion. If you're looking for a loyal, intelligent companion with a gentle heart and are happy to give me the time I need to shine, I just might be the girl for you. Aria is ready to trade shelter life for a comfy bed, lots of pats, and a second chance at happiness. Aria xx 41kgs
