About Punter

Punter is a sweet, cuddly and intelligent boy who loves nothing more than curling up beside you for a snooze. He is food-motivated, quick to learn and settles beautifully into a routine, happily snoozing while you go about your day. Punter is a sensitive and timid dog, particularly around strangers and visitors to the home, and needs a patient, understanding person to help him build his confidence. A calm, quiet home with peaceful walking areas would suit him best, with a secure yard in a quiet area. When overwhelmed, he can become a bit boisterous, so he is not suited to a home with young children, and would do best with an adult only home - however, he could go to a home with older quiet teens, pending a meet and greet. Punter may be able to live with another suitably matched canine companion he can co-exist with, also pending a meet and greet. Punter is looking for a quiet home where he can decompress, feel safe and gradually learn to trust. For the perfect home, he will become a snuggly and affectionate companion.
