Meet Hank, one of our calmer and quieter, young dogs here at GAWS. Like so many, his history is unknown, so the journey has begun with us, and needs to be continued with his new committed person. Hank is lovely to walk on lead, a trait to be embraced and nurtured. He was very nervous upon entry to GAWS and has required ongoing confidence work, so an acknowledgment of this as he moves into his new home is very important. Due to this, older, respectful children only, and a generally, calm and quiet home is required. Hank has been fantastic with dogs during his assessments, and could thrive with a well balanced existing dog friend. He has not been cat tested. And came in a little thin, so good ongoing nutrition and health care is essential.
