Hi, my name is Drako and stuffing is no match for me! I’m staying with a nice foster family at the moment, but what I would really like is a home to call my own. So a bit about me… I like to run. You can go out all day so long as I get a good run when you get home! A good game of fetch is awesome too. If you work from home then that’s great too, I’m happy to sit by your desk an keep you company, but I am a sticky beak and if any one is doing anything then I will be right there! I have been working on my lead manners and am getting quite good at it (with a halter). I am good at sit, but I do get distracted. I am a great door bell! I will let you know when anybody is here, and I will then greet them nicely. Most of the time I am quite calm and well mannered. But when excited/ playing I do forget all my manners and will jump and grab, so small kids are not a good idea. It took me a couple of days to settle with my foster family, and I did have a couple of accidents to start but as soon as I knew I was safe I got heaps better. I am happy to sleep in my crate all night. Something real scary is storms!!! Heavy rain/ wind is not great either! So I would like a dog door on those days, but preferably some one home! I haven’t met cats but given my enjoyment of chasing, I think maybe not a good idea. My ideal day would be to follow you around, have a walk, then a good run, and a snuggle on the couch. So in short if you are an active person with a good yard for fetch, maybe a couple of teen kids. Then I think we should meet up! Ps. I am also very handsome and like to shake hands.
