Hello! I'm Wallace! Unlike my movie namesake I am a quiet, thoughtful and distinguished gentleman, who prefers the genteel life, rather than rocketing around with a sidekick. I like to sit quietly in my (home) space and watch what is going on, secure that I am safe and snuggled on my soft bedding. I will not be creating a machine to groom me, either, as my human will know how to gently groom my luxuriant fur to keep me looking my best. I am a little shy around new folks, needing a little time to get used to you, the environment and daily routines, so time and patience will be needed. Children around me will need to be calm, kind and patient to bring out the best in me. Another cat in the household, who is also patient and could give me some companionship and guidance, could also help me adjust in my new home and develop my confidence. However, when approached calmly and respectfully, I am super smoochie, snuggling my head into your hands for scritchies and pats as soon as we meet. I may even lay down to let you do so. I will also bless you with a super sweet cat quack to let you know how much I am enjoying it. If you have the time, the patience and understanding to look after a quiet, retiring, young at heart gentleman cat, then maybe I'm the one you are looking for.
