Meet Ryan. Ryan is a gentle two-year-old boy who has come leaps and bounds while in foster care. He absolutely adores other cats and would be the ideal second cat for someone seeking company for a friendly resident pet, or a wonderful choice to adopt alongside another sociable cat. He is a natural nurturer and has loved helping to look after the kittens in his foster home. In the cat world, he is absolutely marriage material. Ryan can still be shy with new people and prefers to build trust at his own pace, but once you are one of his trusted humans, his affectionate side really starts to shine. He will now seek out affection, loves a good belly rub, and enjoys quietly spending time near his people and keeping an eye on what they are doing. He is not a fan of being picked up and would much rather affection happen with all four paws safely on the ground! Treats are definitely still the way to his heart. He is neat and tidy, loves his food and enjoys playing with flirt sticks, balls and toy mice. Ryan is a gentle, non-aggressive boy who would thrive in a calm, patient home without young children. A friendly feline companion is a must, as having another cat around gives him confidence and companionship. He has also coped well living with calm, small dogs.
