Skipper

Skipper, Skipperoony, Miss Skippity, Princess Skippy or simply The Skipster. 💕 Skipper is a very special girl looking for a very special home. If you're retired, work from home, or simply spend a fair amount of time at home, Skipper could be the perfect companion for you. She loves having her people nearby and is happiest when she can be right where you are. Skipper is super affectionate and adores being patted, brushed and cuddled. In fact, if you're sitting down, there's a good chance Skipper will want to be sitting on you too! Your keyboard, book, desk, wherever you are, Skipper would very much like to be there as well. 😻 She would love a quieter home where her needs can be understood and her affectionate nature appreciated. Skipper would suit a household with adults or older teenagers. She is looking for a home with no young children, cats or dogs, where she can truly be the Queen of her castle. 👑 When you first bring Skipper home, she would also appreciate a safe, cosy space of her own while she settles in. A smaller room with some of her favourite things, tasty snacks and a soft bed will give her somewhere comfortable to retreat to while she gets used to her new surroundings. Once she feels safe and confident, she can gradually explore the rest of her Queendom. Skipper is currently taking some anti-anxiety medication whilst she is in the shelter so she can relax and be herself. With veterinary advice this medication can be reviewed once she is settled in her new home. If you're looking for an affectionate companion who wants to be involved in everything you do, Skipper may just be your girl. 💕🐾
