Spice

Meet Spice! Spice is a wonderful and chill boy who is currently on the lookout for his forever home. Spice is the sort of social boy who is happy to greet anyone who comes up to his pen. Like most cats, he may take a little bit to warm up to people, but once he does, he is a confident and loving boy who is happy to enjoy some pats or simply hang out and keep you company. While Spice can be incredibly sweet and smoochy when he is in the mood for affection, he is certainly not a needy boy. He does not require attention every second of the day and can find too much handling a little overwhelming at times. Because of this, he will thrive best with someone who can read his body language and respect his subtle cues, allowing him to decide when cuddle time is over. For anyone looking for a friendly companion who enjoys affection but is also perfectly capable of doing his own thing, Spice could be your ideal match. Give him some good pats, a comfortable place to lounge, and the freedom to just chill, and he will make a truly lovely housemate. If you think he could be the cat for you and your family, come on down to our North Melbourne shelter and say hi!
