Hello — is it me you’re looking for? You’ll be ready to party all night long if you invite Lionel into your life. “Lionel has the happiest smile going around,” staff say, and they’re right. Oh what a feeling! This guy really is easy like Sunday morning. “He’s a sweet and gentle boy,” his foster carer says. “We love spending time with him. He’s attached to me and likes cuddles.” His foster carer also notes that he’s a champion couch potato, as so many Greyhounds are. He visited a recent Van Diemen Pet Expo and was a perfect gentleman: “Lionel was a crowd pleaser and coped well with lots of people,” we’re told. “He was comfortable being patted, leaning into people.” Apparently he also engaged in a spot of crotch sniffing but, hey, nobody’s perfect. Lionel has passed his unmuzzling assessment and has his Dogs’ Homes orange collar to indicate that he’s good to go out in public without wearing a muzzle.
