Maxine

About Maxine

Pretty Maxine has a moosh that’s made for smooshing. She’s simply irresistible. She’s a Huntaway-Kelpie x. “Maxine is a beautiful young girl who is very smart,” staff say. She’s a mix of two clever working breeds, after all. “Maxine has strong breed traits and we would encourage dog sports or scent work to utilise that smart brain,” our behaviour expert says. An active owner willing to invest time in her ongoing training would best suit her. Maxine isn’t a fan of strange dogs getting all up in her face, and as such she’s not suited for trips to dog parks, beaches and other off-lead areas. She would also do best as the only dog in her new home, and we’re looking for a family with kids who all have a “teen” in their age rather than littlies.
