Luna is so pretty, she looks like she could be sent from the heavens above. In fact, staff have suggested as much. “She’s such a sweet little angel with a very gentle nature,” they say. “She’ll lie across your lap if given the opportunity.” She’s a Kelpie-Border Collie x. “Luna is people driven and looks to us for guidance and direction," staff say. "She will be your best friend. She’s spent time in the Hobart office where she happily relaxed on her bed with a stuffed cow hoof. She was content, settled quickly and was honestly the best little office dog.” Luna is polite when meeting new people and dogs — we think she could go to a home with or without another dog. “She loves to learn new training, skills and tasks, which she picks up super quickly,” staff say. “She has a very active body and mind, so her new family will need to provide frequent and consistent stimulation such as bushwalks, games, puzzles, training, agility, scent tracking and the like.” Luna enjoys the thrill of the chase, so a dog sport like flyball — which we recommend – might be the most fun she’s ever had. We’re seeking a family where the kids all have a “teen” after their age.
