There are just three simple rules to Lilly’s care: no bright lights, don’t get her wet, and absolutely DO NOT feed her after midnight. Okay, so she’s not a Gremlin, but lawdy lawd doesn’t she remind you of one? This utterly adorable creature is a Shih Tzu-Maltese x. She needed a trio of warty lumps (Trio of Lumps is a great name for a band, by the way) removed by our vet team and also had several teeth extracted — in fact, she doesn’t have many teefs left now. “Lilly gets excited to see you and will do a little bum wiggle,” staff say. “She loves company and will suit someone who is home most of the time." “She likes being patted and cuddled,” her foster carer says. “She can be anxious but likes other dogs and warms to them after a few days.” Lil may be getting on in years but she still enjoys a walk and can go a surprising distance on those little legs. She would do best in a quiet home with a stable routine.
