About Peaches

Have you been thinking about adopting a dog but can’t make up your mind? This girl will make you peachy keen! Just look at that dear little face. Peaches has had cherry eye surgery to fix a prolapsed tear gland while she’s been with us, along with having more than 10 teeth extracted and a good clean and polish of her remaining choppers. She’s been recovering in foster care. “She is good with my dog,” her carer says. “They play sometimes and she is very gentle with my girl. She’s happy to just relax and sleep on the deck in the sun.” She still enjoys plenty of playtime with her favourite toys, and we understand she is also a lover of laps who will seize every opportunity to sit on one. “Peaches is used to and loves sleeping on the bed with her person,” staff say. “She will start off at the foot of the bed and then make her way up to be next to you on the pillows.” How adorable. We think Peachy would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, as she’s not a fan of being on her own.
