Stella

About Stella

Stella must have fallen from heaven — actually, she was a stray so we don’t know where she came from. But she sure looks like a shining star to us. “Stella is a sociable young dog who can be excitable and bouncy,” staff say. “She loves going for a walk and is very calm on a lead. She’s very treat oriented and would be a breeze to train.” That’s great news! Doing a beginner obedience course with her new family would be a great bonding experience, and the combination of praise and treats will go a long way toward winning her heart along with exercising her mind. “Stella has enjoyed being around other dogs with us and is very friendly,” staff say. She might like a fur buddy to help her settle into her new home: we always advise thoughtful matchmaking that considers temperament, energy levels and play style, along with gentle introductions.
