About Pearl

Let’s get straight to the nitty-gritty: if you adopt pretty Pearl, the world could be your oyster. There’s a super cute note on her behaviour record: “Pearl sat at my feet with softening eyes while I patted her chin,” a staff member says. Sounds adorable. “She is a quiet girl who would bloom in a calm household,” staff say. “While taking her pics she enjoyed lying on the grass and watching the world go by.” Pearl has lived with other dogs and may like a calm canine companion to help her settle into her new home. She hasn’t had a lot of life experience and will need gentle guidance and patience in new situations. Since Pearl is a lover of peace and quiet, we think she would do best in a family without any littlies to startle her — more mature kids would be the go. She’s not suitable for a home with small pets like cats and rabbits, and should not have access to livestock or wildlife.
