Josie

Josie is a beautiful 7‑year‑old tabby girl with a gentle nature and a quiet, affectionate personality. If you're looking for a calm companion to share your days with, Josie could be the perfect match. This lovely lady enjoys the simple things in life. She loves a gentle pat, a good chin scratch, and will happily sit beside you while you relax. While she'll tolerate being picked up and cuddled for short periods, Josie prefers to show affection in her own way, often greeting her favourite people with sweet head-butts and quiet companionship. One of Josie's favourite pastimes is sitting by a securely screened window or door, breathing in the fresh air and watching the world go by. She's a relaxed, well-mannered girl who doesn't jump on furniture or scratch where she shouldn't, making her an easy and enjoyable companion to have around the home. When it comes to playtime, Josie isn't overly fussy about toys, but she does enjoy a game of "what's moving under the blanket?" and can still show off her playful side when the mood strikes. Josie had an episode of inappropriate toileting in her previous home. When provided with paper litter and two litter trays, Josie used them successfully and had no further inappropriate toileting. We recommend continuing this setup in her new home. Josie has had dental surgery due to dental disease on arrival at the Centre. The teeth have been cleaned and polished and extractions were not required. Josie is looking for a loving home where she can enjoy a peaceful lifestyle, plenty of companionship, and a cosy spot beside her favourite person. If you're searching for a sweet, gentle companion who will quietly become your best friend, Josie could be the perfect addition to your family. Josie is desexed, microchipped and toilet trained. Vaccinations, flea and worm treatments are up to date. 12 Selfs Point Road New Town 7008 | PO Box 309 Lenah Valley 7008 6278 2111 | [email protected] We feed and recommend: Hill’s Pet Nutrition is a proud supporter of Ten Lives
