Della

💔 She was still a baby… when she was carrying babies of her own. At just five months old, this tiny girl came into our care with a belly full of babies. She should have been chasing toys, climbing curtains, discovering the world and being someone’s spoiled little baby. Instead, her tiny body was carrying a litter of kittens — something she was far too young and far too small to endure. The pregnancy could have killed her. And that thought breaks our hearts. She never got the chance to grow up slowly. She never got to enjoy kittenhood the way she should have. Before she had even really had a chance to be a baby herself, her body was being pushed into motherhood. But now, finally, she gets a chance to be exactly what she always should have been… someone else’s baby 💙 Della’s adoption supports the ‘Nine Lives Initiative’ a partnership with Cadell training centre and Paws and Claws Adoptions.
