🐾 Meet Jessie - A Gentle Girl Looking for Her Confidence Buddy! 💗 Jessie is a beautiful 1-year-old Staffy x Labrador girl with a sweet heart and so much love waiting to blossom. While she may be a little shy when first meeting the world, underneath that cautious exterior is a lovely young girl who is looking for a special family to help her feel safe, secure and confident. Jessie is still finding her feet and takes great comfort from the company of other dogs. In fact, having a canine companion in her new home is a must! She would love a friendly, gentle and easy-going dog who can be her little buddy and help show her that life isn't quite so scary. A calm, neutral dog would be ideal, as a boisterous or overly energetic housemate may be a little overwhelming for her. Jessie will need dog-savvy adopters who understand that confidence takes time and who are happy to let her settle in at her own pace. She'll appreciate people who can recognise when she needs a little space, offer gentle reassurance and celebrate all those little milestones along the way. With ongoing positive training, particularly with her lead walking, and gradual, positive socialisation, Jessie has every opportunity to grow into a more confident young lady. A securely fenced yard will also be important to help her feel safe while enjoying her new surroundings. Jessie isn't looking for a big, busy world just yet. She's looking for a patient family, a lovely doggy friend and a home where she can learn that she's safe, loved and very much part of the family. 💕 If you have a gentle resident dog and a little extra love and patience to share, Jessie could be the perfect addition to your family. Sometimes the shyest hearts have the most beautiful love to give. Jessie is just waiting for someone to help her discover hers! 🐶💗
