Hey I'm Henry, your new best friend! Henry is a sweet loyal little stumpy tail looking for a home to call his own. He truly is one of a kind, not only is he cute as a button but he has a beautiful gentle temperament and a content laidback personality. Henry is incredibly human oriented, seeking out his family for sweet interactions and snuggles - offering calm and gentle kisses of affection. If you're looking for Henry, he'll be right beside you sitting patiently - little stumpy tail wagging, eyes full of adoration - watching and waiting inquisitively. Though Henry adores his humans, he also displays a good level of independence. Happily exploring the back yard, playing with other dogs and his toys. Being a working breed, Henry is incredibly intelligent and will require a high level on mental stimulation and exercise in his new home. He has shown that he is very loyal and eager to please, so training should come with ease. At night Henry sleeps soundly in his pen with his sister, he has mastered the use of a doggy door allowing indoor/outdoor access at all time - toilet training is a work in progress. Henry would be best suited to a active family or couple who can meet his needs as a working breed and include him in day to day life, and adventures. Currently living in a foster home with young children and other dogs, he loves the company and attention offered. However, he would adapt to a single pet home with someone who is home often or able to have Henry accompany them at work. If you are looking for a smart and fiercely loyal best mate who will love you unconditional, then Henry is the pup for you!
