 Meet Coco  With her traumatic past now behind her, Coco is ready to begin the next chapter of her life: one filled with love, comfort, and the security of a family to call her own. ❤️ This beautiful 3-year-old Kelpie has found herself in shelter care while she waits patiently for her happily ever after. While shelter life can be overwhelming, Coco's gentle spirit continues to shine through. ✨ Coco is a special little soul who finds joy in life's simple pleasures. She absolutely adores squeaky toys 笠 and can happily entertain herself with her favourite squeaker. She also loves stretching out in a sunny spot ☀️, soaking up the warmth while watching the world go by. Like many dogs who have experienced hardship, Coco can struggle with a touch of anxiety from time to time.  During those moments, she looks to her humans for reassurance and comfort. Calm, predictable routines and safe spaces help her feel secure, and she will thrive in a home that understands the importance of patience and gentle encouragement. Some days, Coco is quite happy to head out and explore, while on other days she'd much rather stay close to her person. 殺 Those are the days when a snuggle on the couch, a warm bed, and loving arms feel far more important than an adventure. Coco simply wants to know that she's safe and loved.  While Coco enjoys the company of some other dogs, she is a little selective and definitely prefers the boys. If there's already a canine companion in the home, we'd be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to see if they're a good match. As a Kelpie, Coco would love a family who understands the breed and appreciates that not every Kelpie fits the busy, go-go-go stereotype. ❤️ She is looking for someone willing to give her the time she needs to decompress from both her past experiences and the stresses of shelter life. There is no rush with Coco.
