Meet Nova – A Sweet Girl With a Heart Full of Love Nova is looking for a special family to call her own, and this lovely girl has so much love to give! Nova has grown up around children and enjoys the attention and affection they bring. She would be best suited to a home with dog-savvy children over seven years of age who understand how to be gentle and respectful around their four-legged friend. Nova has a soft, sensitive nature, and the world can sometimes feel a little overwhelming for her. Through no fault of her own, Nova has missed out on some important early socialisation, so she needs a family who understands her needs and is happy to help her build confidence at her own pace. When it comes to other dogs, Nova is comfortable meeting older, quiet dogs who are calm and friendly. However, larger, excitable dogs can leave her feeling unsure. She would love a family who understands that she doesn't need to be surrounded by dogs to enjoy life. Instead, she would much prefer exploring a peaceful bush trail, wandering through an open field or enjoying a quiet adventure with her favourite people. Nova is looking for a home where someone is around most of the time to provide companionship, reassurance and a predictable routine. With patience, understanding and gentle encouragement, she has the opportunity to continue growing in confidence and discovering all the wonderful things life has to offer. Sweet, affectionate, and full of love, Nova is ready to find a family who will appreciate her for who she is and give her the time she needs to blossom. Nova is in foster care and available for meet-and-greets by appointment only.
