Mocha is a sweet, sensitive and gentle girl looking for her forever home. Mocha hasn't had the best start to life and has likely missed out on some key socialization; she has spent a lot of her time tethered on a large property with multiple other dogs. She may prefer to be outside at first but would benefit from a home that can provide indoor/outdoor access. She loves people and enjoys being with you. New owners will need to work on continued training with 4 paws and basic manners, she likes to try and jump in your lap and can sometimes be a bit mouthy with fingers. Mocha can be nervous and unsure in new environments and is still learning to walk well on lead. In shelter Mocha has shown some barrier reactivity, so we recommend no front yard access. Mocha enjoys her food and loves using enrichment to help keep her mind busy. Mocha would be best suited to a family who can provide her with a home with structer and routine, as well as a family than can read and respect her body language and undertand it may take her longer to settle in than others. Must meet other dogs at time of adoption, would benefit from a non-reactive social doggy friend.
