Taper

About Taper

Bay Of Islands Animal Rescue proudly presents…Taper!!! Meet Taper (1/7/24), a 20-month-old boy looking for a confident, experienced home. This handsome lad is desexed and full of youthful energy. He’s only been around other dogs and would suit a home with older children, as he can be bouncy and enthusiastic when excited. Taper will need secure, good fencing and a committed owner who understands confident male dogs. He can be dominant with other males, so he’s best suited to a home with female dogs or as the only dog. With structure, leadership, and plenty of exercise, Taper will thrive and become a loyal, devoted companion. Could you be his perfect match? As with all rescue dogs, Taper will need some time to settle in and will need some further training, he will be de-sexed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, treated for parasites and in good health when he goes to his forever home.
