About Bambi

I was surrendered to the SPCA after my previous owner was no longer able to care for me. Bambi is a gorgeous puppy with a heart that's grown so much since arriving in our care. When she first came to the SPCA, she was skinny, frightened, and unsure of the world around her. Thanks to the patience, love, and dedication of our staff, her foster parents and our volunteers, Bambi has come such a long way and is beginning to discover that life can be full of kindness, fun, and adventure. With her stunning merle coat, infectious smile, and wonderfully silly puppy antics, Bambi is sure to turn heads wherever she goes. She loves to play, explore, and make the most of every moment, bringing plenty of laughter along the way. She's also a clever young girl who is eager to learn, especially when food and praise are involved, making her a fantastic candidate for ongoing positive reinforcement training. While she may still take a few minutes to warm up to new people and can occasionally be startled by loud or sudden noises, once you've earned her trust, you'll be rewarded with one of the sweetest, most loyal companions you could ask for. Bambi adores cuddles, loves being close to her people, and has the goofiest, happiest personality that shines brighter every day. Watching her confidence grow is incredibly special, and she's ready to continue that journey with a family of her own. Bambi is absolutely obsessed with other animals and adores other dogs, and at times can come on a bit strong with her introductions. However, as with all puppies, thoughtful introductions to any existing dogs or young children are recommended. Bambi is looking for a patient and understanding home that will let her blossom at her own pace and celebrate every little milestone along the way.
