My litter and I came to SPCA after having a bit of a rough start to life, not experiencing much of the world. We're gaining confidence day by day, and now are looking for loving forever homes! This lovely lad is looking for a special home where he can feel safe, build confidence, and discover all the good things life has to offer. Duncan is a very timid, nervous boy, so he'll need a patient and experienced person who understands that confidence can't be rushed. New people, places, and experiences may feel overwhelming at first, and he'll need the freedom to take things at his own pace. A calm environment, a predictable routine, and plenty of positive reinforcement will help him begin to feel secure. As a lurcher/working breed mix, Duncan has the potential to enjoy an active lifestyle filled with play, enrichment, and opportunities to use his brain.
