He has plenty of puppy mischief ahead of him and will thrive with a family who has the time and patience to help him grow into a happy, well-mannered adult dog. Sadly, Phineas came into care because his owner was unable to keep him, and now he is hoping his next chapter will be filled with love, cuddles, adventures and a family to call his own.
