My littermates and I came to SPCA after being surrendered as an unexpected litter. We're now ready to find loving homes of our very own! Hello, I'm Fauna! 🌿 I'm a beautiful German Shepherd mix puppy with lots of growing, learning and exploring ahead of me! I'm looking for a family who will help me discover the big wide world and give me all the love and guidance I need to thrive. As a Shepherd girl, I'm a smart cookie who will need more than just a comfy bed and a few walks to keep me happy! German Shepherds have wonderful breed characteristics, including intelligence, loyalty and a natural desire to have a job to do. I'd particularly love a home with someone experienced with the breed who understands their personalities, quirks and needs. I'll thrive with ongoing training, mental stimulation, enrichment and positive outlets for my clever mind. A friendly resident dog would be wonderful, as I'd love a canine companion to learn from and help guide me as I settle into my new home. Dog-savvy children may also be suitable, provided they understand puppy behaviour, teething and gentle handling. Confident cats could be an option too, with careful introductions and supervision. Puppy school is a must for me! It'll help me develop good manners, confidence and important social skills as I grow. I'll also need a securely fenced yard where I can safely play, explore and burn off some of that puppy energy. Could you be the Shepherd-savvy family to help me blossom into a wonderful companion? I'd love to meet you! 🐶💕
