Meet Louie - quite possibly the most handsome boy you'll ever meet. Louie came into our care with very little knowledge of the outside world, but with love, consistency, and clear boundaries, he has truly blossomed. He's grown into a sweet, eager-to-please boy who just wants to make his humans happy. This clever young man already has his sit, wait, and down commands mastered. At mealtimes, he'll patiently sit and stare deep into your soul, waiting for his release word ("okay") before diving in. He's also learning great manners around gates, happily sitting and waiting to be invited through. Louie is continuing to improve on the lead each day and is showing great progress. Louie would be best suited to a home with older children, as he's still very much a young pup at heart in a teenage body. He'll thrive with an experienced dog owner who can continue guiding him as he grows into the amazing dog he's destined to be. Louie is a great house guest and will keep you nice and warm while you are in bed, I hear he's quite the bed hogger.
