Ettie

Ettie is a shy wee thing when you first meet her and will take a little time and patience before she warms up to you. She is not a brave girl and will trust you on her own terms and in her own time. Once Ettie has given her tick of approval, she can be a super affectionate and loving cat. She loves to spend her afternoons snuggled in a good spot and prefers a more laid back approach to life. Ettie has come from a home with one owner and will need to go to a home that is similar. It may take Ettie a little while to settle into a new home environment and may go backwards with a different routine. Ettie will need to go to an owner that can take the time to let her adjust to her surroundings at her own pace. She will need a little patience and an owner who has previous experience with shy cats. Ettie needs to be inside only and would do well in a quiet home with one or two owners as she bonds well to one person. Ettie would love to go to a home with no dogs, other cats may be okay with slow introductions. Ettie will need an owner who understands that it may take a couple of months for Ettie to adjust to new people.
