Maxi

Meet Maxi, a delightful black female cat with an irresistible mix of energy and shyness. 🐱💕 I can be a little shy when we first meet, but once I feel comfortable, I'm more than happy to enjoy a lovely smooch or two! I also adore my cosy hidey holes, where I can curl up, feel safe, and enjoy a little peace and quiet. I can be a bit upset when I see other cats so I would prefer a household where I can be the only (feline) centre of attention. I'm looking for someone who understands that good friendships take time and is happy to let me come out of my shell at my own pace. With a little patience, lots of love, and some gentle affection, I'm sure to make a wonderful companion. At our Palmerston North Centre, no appointment is needed for feline adoptions. You're welcome to visit during opening hours to meet the cats available for adoption and find the right match for your home. Please note: As bookings are not required, submitting an application does not reserve or hold a specific cat. This means the cat you're interested in may be adopted before your visit. We recommend coming in as soon as you can if you've found a feline you're keen on!
