Meet Iris, a handsome, gentle boy who's looking for a patient and loving forever home. When Iris came into our care, he had an old ulcer in one of his eyes caused by cat flu. It doesn't affect his day-to-day life, but it may cause some blurry vision or, in the future, partial vision loss in that eye-or it may never progress at all. Iris is a very shy and timid boy who needs a quiet home where he can settle in at his own pace. he may take a little time to trust, but with patience, kindness, and understanding, he'll slowly reveal his true personality. Once he feels safe, Iris blossoms into the sweetest lap cat who absolutely loves cuddles and gentle pats. Watching his confidence grow is incredibly rewarding, and he's sure to form a special bond with the person willing to give him the time he needs.
