Kefira

As often happens in life, Kefira started off in a settled household, but over time the family has grown. With her tolerance becoming a bit less in her senior years, her owners have decided she would be more comfortable in a home without young children. This, coupled with a recent diagnosis of hyperthyroidism, which brought unexpected vet bills, is why Kefira has come to us looking for her next home. Despite her age, Kefira is a spritely, energetic lady who loves to spend time outdoors. She hunts birds, bugs and mice. She is also quite happy to curl up and have a snooze on the couch with people. Kefira is looking for a house with a safe yard, no children under 10 and no other cats or dogs. Her new people will need to be comfortable with administering medication. As a known hyperthyroid cat, Kefira qualifies for our Care For Life foster program as a senior foster. There is no fee to foster.
