Walter hasn’t had the easiest start in life, but that’s all behind him now. This sweet boy is ready to close that chapter and start fresh in a loving home where he can finally relax, feel safe, and enjoy being part of a family. He’s not looking for a busy or “party” household, he’d thrive in a more calm, relaxed home where his people are around more often than not. He absolutely adores human company and will quickly become your little shadow, happily following you from room to room just to be close. Walter is the kind of dog who thinks personal space is optional. He’s convinced he’s a lap dog and will happily lean in for cuddles any chance he gets. Affectionate, gentle, and incredibly people-focused, he just wants to be near his humans and soak up all the love he’s missed out on. Now that he’s ready to move forward, Walter is keen to discover just how fun life can be, from daily walks and adventures to quiet moments curled up beside you. He can live with another dog pending a successful meet and greet, and may enjoy having a canine companion to share his new life with.
