Ember is a fun, affectionate girl with a big personality and plenty of energy to match! She’s the kind of dog who wants to be part of everything. Whether it’s heading out on adventures, playing in the yard, or just being by your side, Ember is all in. She absolutely loves her people and is a big smooch at heart. Ember is an active girl who will thrive in a home that can keep up with her. A lifestyle that includes regular exercise, enrichment, and time outdoors will suit her best. A home with another suitable dog, or even a property where she has space to run and explore, would be ideal for her. She’s made some great doggy friends during her time with us and especially enjoys playing with Cooper! The two of them have become quite fond of each other. Ember would likely benefit from a compatible male dog in the home to help burn off energy and keep her company. Ember has already learnt how to walk beautifully on the lead, but like any smart dog, she may test boundaries if given the chance. She’ll need a home committed to continuing her training and providing consistency so she can keep building on what she’s already learnt. The kennel environment has been quite stressful for Ember, and she doesn’t always show her best self during meet and greets while she’s feeling overwhelmed. Outside of the kennels, she is a completely different dog! Affectionate, fun, and full of life. Ember is looking for an active, committed home that will give her the structure, exercise, and love she needs to truly thrive. In return, she’ll be a loyal, entertaining, and incredibly loving companion who brings so much joy to everyday life.
