Meet Pedro At six years old, Pedro probably never imagined he'd find himself sitting in a shelter, waiting for someone to choose him. Pedro came into our care as a stray. We hoped someone would come looking for him, that a familiar face would walk through the doors and take him home. But sadly, no one ever came to reclaim him. With no way of knowing exactly what his life looked like before arriving here, Pedro's story now starts again with us. Despite everything changing around him, Pedro is ready for his second chance. Behind those eyes is a boy who deserves the security of knowing that this time, he's truly home - a warm bed, regular meals, gentle hands and people who will love him for the rest of his days. At six, Pedro is at a wonderful age. He's left the chaotic kitten stage behind but still has plenty of life, love and companionship ahead of him. What he needs now is someone willing to give him the fresh start he never asked for but absolutely deserves. Pedro has already experienced what it's like to be left waiting.
