Meet Shadow – A Gentle Giant Looking for Love! Shadow is a beautiful young Wolfhound cross who has come into our care following a reluctant surrender by his loving family. Sometimes circumstances change, and the most loving decision a family can make is finding their beloved dog a new home where he can continue to thrive. Shadow has a wonderful temperament and a soft, gentle nature. While he can be a little shy when first meeting new people or experiencing unfamiliar situations, with patience, kindness and reassurance, he has all the potential to blossom into a confident and devoted companion. Shadow has previously lived with children, making him familiar with family life, and he is accustomed to an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. He would love a home where he can enjoy time outside, stretch his legs and explore, before coming indoors to relax alongside his favourite humans. As a larger breed, Shadow is looking for a family who appreciates the joys of sharing their home with a big dog. His new family should be prepared to provide him with the space, companionship and gentle guidance he needs to settle into his new surroundings and build confidence at his own pace.
