Sirius

About Sirius

Bay Of Islands Animal Rescue proudly presents… Sirius! Sirius is an eighteen month old Labrador Mastiff cross. He is fully house trained and walks well on a lead. He is good with other dogs but hasn’t had any exposure to cats. He does chase ducks and chickens if given the chance, so he will need to extra training around birds. He loves children but is a big and sometimes bouncy dog who would be better suited to a home with older children. Sirius is still a young dog and will need plenty of exercise in the form of long walks or access to a large well fenced garden to play in. He loves to cuddle up on the sofa and watch TV with his foster family. Sirius is a smart, friendly and very affectionate dog. He will make a wonderful companion. As with all rescue dogs, Sirius will need some time and extra training to help him settle into his new home. He is de-sexed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, has been treated for parasites and will be in good health when he goes to his forever home. Adoption Donation Applies.
