About Max and Pebbles
If you happen to walk into a room and spot a couple of mysterious blanket lumps slowly shuffling around, do not be alarmed. You have probably just found Max and Pebbles. These two are a bonded pair and have made quite the name for themselves as our resident blanket turtles. They spend a good portion of their time tucked underneath their blankets, cosy and content in their own world. Max is slightly the more confident one of the pair. He can be a little shy at first, but he is not very nervous and is quite happy to have a gentle pat when he is feeling comfortable. Once you offer your hand, he will happily lean into it for some affection. Pebbles is the more reserved one and takes a bit longer to warm up. She much prefers to observe things from the safety of her blanket before deciding whether she is ready to come out. But underneath that shy exterior is a very sweet girl. Gentle pats are very much appreciated and when Pebbles is happy and relaxed, she will reward you with the sweetest purr.
Max and Pebbles will suit a home where they are the only cats. We are unsure how they would cope around dogs and children.
