About Winnie

Winnie has recently come into care with DCH after sadly being abandoned by her previous owner. At 7 years old, this beautiful girl has already faced more than her fair share of challenges, including undergoing orthopedic surgery to repair her leg. The good news is that Winnie is recovering wonderfully and taking everything in her stride. Her gentle nature and positive attitude have made her an absolute pleasure to care for during her recovery. Winnie has a lovely temperament and gets along well with other dogs. She is affectionate, sweet-natured, and has quickly won the hearts of everyone she meets. It's hard to believe that such a gorgeous girl has found herself looking for a new beginning. Once she has fully recovered and receives the all-clear from her vet, Winnie will be ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family who can offer her the love, security, and commitment she truly deserves. After everything she has been through, Winnie is ready to leave her past behind and find a forever home where she will be cherished for the wonderful dog she is.
