💙🐾 Hi, I'm Petey! 🐾💙 I'm a handsome five-year-old boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart! ❤️ I'm a playful, affectionate, high-energy guy who absolutely loves having a canine friend around. In fact, having another suitable dog in my new home is mandatory - I really thrive with a doggy companion who can help me feel safe, settled, and confident. 🐶💕 I'm at my happiest when I have a friend to play with and share my adventures with. I can be quite anxious, and sometimes I find it difficult to regulate my emotions when I'm feeling overwhelmed. 🥺 Having another confident, playful dog around will be an important part of helping me settle into my new life. I'm also a very strong boy, so I'll need to be walked using a suitable harness and a family who is confident handling a large, powerful dog. 🌿💪 I'm not suitable for first-time adopters - my future family will need dog experience, patience, and a commitment to ongoing training and helping me build my confidence. I'd love to meet children aged 15 years and over to see if we're the right match. 👦👧 I'm playful and friendly with people I meet, and I'll thrive with a family who understands that I may need some time and patience while I settle into my new home. 💙 I'll need secure fencing and a family who is prepared to give me structure, enrichment, exercise, and plenty of patience. 🏡✨ I'm a big, energetic boy with lots of love to give, and with the right family and a wonderful canine companion by my side, I know I can continue to grow into the happy, confident boy I want to be.
