About Pixie

Pixie is a loving and affectionate girl who is ready to leave her puppy farm past behind and enjoy life as a treasured family companion. She absolutely adores people and gets incredibly excited when visitors arrive, often bouncing around and covering you in happy greetings. Pixie thrives on human company and is always keen to be involved in whatever her people are doing. She is also very food motivated, which will be a wonderful asset when it comes to continuing her training. While Pixie hasn't yet learned her name, she is eager to engage with people and enjoys attention. She is comfortable with manual handling and generally takes everything in her stride. One area she is still working on is being fitted with a lead, as her excitement can make her quite wiggly and difficult to keep still. With patience and consistency, she is learning that calm behaviour brings rewards. Pixie needs a home with another confident, friendly dog who can help show her the ropes and build her confidence. She enjoys canine companionship and benefits greatly from having a calm, well-adjusted dog around to learn from. Due to her anxiety when left alone, Pixie is looking for a home where someone is present most of the time and can help her feel secure. She walks well on lead and enjoys getting out and exploring, although she can pull at times when something catches her interest or when her excitement levels rise. Her new family should be prepared to continue her education through basic manners training, simple commands, and ongoing socialisation. Positive exposure to new people, environments, and experiences will help her continue to grow into a confident and well-rounded companion. With her affectionate nature, enthusiasm for life, and love of people, Pixie is sure to bring plenty of joy, laughter, and companionship to her forever home. 🐾❤️
